Our approach to policies

Everybody who works on Enti is motivated by improving people's health and wellbeing.

One of our central guiding goals is to nurture the understanding that people have, both of themselves and others.

We work hard to build and deliver products, software and services that support this goal - and we operate as a business to be able to generate the revenues to invest further in our work.

To do this, we have a legal business entity - Ennity Ltd, UK Company No. 16086712 as registered in England and Wales.

As part of having this legal entity, we are required to have some policies - documents which can often feel very formal, intimidating and black-and-white.

Having said that, we're not very big fans of black-and-white language. So, whilst we have our policy documents - and respect them very much! - we also want you to know that, if they don't make sense to you, we're here to try to help.

1. Overview

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may wish to cancel your subscription or scheduled sessions. This policy explains how you can cancel your subscription or individual bookings and the conditions that apply.


2. Subscription Cancellation

How to Cancel a Subscription

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account at app.withenti.com and navigating to the "Manage Subscription" section. Alternatively, you can contact us at team@withenti.com for assistance.

Effective Date of Cancellation

  • Pay Weekly and Pay Monthly Plans:
    • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to your remaining credits and features until the billing cycle ends.
  • Pay Annually Plans:
    • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the annual billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time unless required by law.

Cancellation Fees

  • No fees are charged for canceling a subscription.

3. One-Off Session Cancellations

How to Cancel a Scheduled Session

  • If you need to cancel a one-off session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your session credit.
  • Cancellations can be made by:
    • Logging into your account and navigating to the "My Sessions" section.
    • Contacting us at team@withenti.com.

Missed or Late Cancellations

  • If you do not attend a scheduled session, the session credit will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.

4. Refunds for Cancellations

Refunds are not typically issued for cancellations unless:

  • Required under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (e.g., the service was not provided as promised or is faulty).
  • You are eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy.

5. Statutory Cooling-Off Period

Under UK law, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for digital services purchased online. During this time, you may cancel your subscription and receive a full refund if:

  • You have not used any credits or accessed the service.
  • You notify us within 14 days of the purchase date.

6. Reactivating a Subscription

If you cancel your subscription and later wish to re-subscribe, you can reactivate your account at any time by selecting a new plan in the "Manage Subscription" section of your account.
